HAL / SUPPORT

One path from install to sound.

HAL activates directly with a license key and supports accountless offline authorization. Direct customer contact and final compatibility claims remain gated until their approved values enter the launch manifest.

Download

Use only the signed package listed on the public HAL release page. Never install a package from an unverified mirror.

02

Activate

Select Activate in HAL and enter the license key delivered after your verified purchase. HAL installs the signed local authorization without a RoomOps sign-in or browser handoff.

03

Refresh

HAL verifies its signed lease locally and refreshes outside the audio callback. A temporary connection loss never replaces a valid lease with a bad response.

If activation is pending

Keep HAL open while the activation request is verified. Retrying the same pending request does not consume another activation slot. Support can use the request ID and support code shown by HAL; never include your license key or machine fingerprint in a support message.

If the seat limit is reached

HAL shows the existing activation slots for that license and lets you choose one installation to replace. The old authorization is removed only when the new one succeeds, so retrying does not consume another slot.

Authorize a computer that stays offline

Export an offline request from HAL. On a connected device, open the Paragon DSP offline-authorization page linked from HAL, enter your license key and the request, then choose Generate Offline Authorization. Import the signed response into HAL. No RoomOps sign-in is required. The authorization lasts 365 days and uses one of the same two activation slots.

Support channel

The audited support contact and response boundary will be published before checkout opens. No unmonitored email address is being invented for the dark launch.
