Legal review pendingThe ParagonDSP storefront is static. It does not create accounts, accept payments, receive licensing credentials, or store customer form submissions while sales remain disabled.
When sales open, FastSpring will process checkout and deliver the purchase receipt and license key. ParagonDSP's licensing service will handle license activation and validity. The final privacy notice must cover these services and purchase support before sales begin.
The hosting provider may process standard network and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics remains disabled until its privacy and Content Security Policy review is complete.
The approved privacy notice, retention periods, controller details, customer rights, and contact route must replace this launch-state explanation before checkout opens.
