License model
The planned HAL terms cover one customer-visible edition, a perpetual purchase, two simultaneously activated computers, and HAL 1.x update rights. The binding grant remains subject to Legal approval.
This is an implementation boundary, not a binding license agreement. The signed release remains blocked until the final EULA is approved.
Legal review pendingThe planned HAL terms cover one customer-visible edition, a perpetual purchase, two simultaneously activated computers, and HAL 1.x update rights. The binding grant remains subject to Legal approval.
Activation uses a HAL license key entered directly in the plug-in and a valid signed renewable local authorization. Accountless offline authorization is also planned for computers that stay disconnected; it lasts 365 days and uses one of the same two activation slots. The approved agreement must state the complete refresh, warning, expiry, grace, and replacement policy.
Installation rights, restrictions, ownership, termination, warranty, liability, privacy references, and jurisdiction must be supplied and approved before a public installer is released.
